So I last spoke about "Blowing past our previous record of Level 27 right up to our new record of Level 28!" with a stellar improvement of one entire level. And frankly we were pretty pleased. Getting to that level 28 took a while.

And we also spoke about how we needed Coxxorz to get us past level 28.

Just Cause

This isn't my first day with Just Cause 2, it's just the first day I chose to write something about it.

Let's just get this out of the way first to keep Swag from complaining.

There! You happy? It gets dinged for no multi-player. It gets bonuses for massive open world where you can blow anything up, drive anything, fly anywhere. If you see it, you can go to it. And then blow it up. Awesome.

Having hit level 28 on Der Riese and feeling kinda been there, done that about it, Blackwalt, Graybush and I decided it was time to master Shi No Numa, or as it is more affectionately known, the Zombie Swamp.

Now, we've never had much luck here, since it is far more wide open than the other maps and we've not managed to find a spot to hold a line of defence for any period of time. By our calculations, level 15 was our PB before last night.

I can not tell a lie. It was me. Technically, I shot it up. And I was probably lying about that "can not tell a lie" part.

While not quite as impressive as my Saints Row 2 landing it wasn't easy navigating between all those pillars and trees.

I was a little bored last night and decided to play a little XBox. Unusual, I know. No one was online, so I looked over my collection (which depresses me since I have upwards of 60 titles now) to see what I would like to play. New HoC record for Call of Duty WaW Zombie Mode!

So after I finally convinced Q-Bert to leave last night (Saturday) I took a quick peek to see who was online. I saw Graybush and Stormblade online in Call of Duty World at War cooperative mode. Zombies. Go figure.

So I sent them a Live message saying that I might be on later.

I immediately got this missive from Stormblade:

Subject: Where the hell are you??
ZOMBIES!!!!

Graybush and I are losing.

Wow. I just couldn't wait to join them and lose. Couldn't wait...
