...MS will upstage Apple with a Monday 9am PDT announcement (1 hour before WWDC) via press release that the Xbox 360 will get Blu-Ray before Christmas. ... The announcement would apparently be timed to upstage Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference which kicks off an hour later in San Francisco.

Debunked

There is nothing to even talk about [Blu-ray Xbox 360 plans] right now with regard to the next generation. That is so far out that there isn't anything to talk about.

Stormblade (while playing GRAW 2 with Coxxorz and Blackwalt): Something about my death seems suspicious. I didn't see any enemy around me at all. It was like that grenade had "Die Stormblade" written on it.

Coxxorz: Wasn't me. I don't even have grenades up.

Blackwalt: I was no where near you. Although all my grenades do have "Die Stormblade" written on them. No idea how that happened. Coincidence.

This one is being touted as "The People's Choice Event", presumably based on what people wanted to see on sale.
