I am not yet committed to this
But I am thinking about it
Operation Flashpoint: Red River
It supports 4-player co-op which is good but is closer to a military simulation which requires communication and teamwork which is bad (for us). There have been previous iterations on Xbox but they have had issues. They only version of this I played was the original Operation Flashpoint on PC and I did like it.
- Between Afghanistan and China, the world’s next flashpoint is about to erupt. The valleys, towns and mountains of Tajikistan will become bloody frontlines for the might of the People’s Liberation Army, insurgent guerilla fighters and the United States Marine Corps.
You and your fireteam can make a difference. How much is up to you. It’s not the soldier with the most expensive gun or the biggest heart who wins on the battlefield. It’s the smartest. Semper Fi, Marine.
Zombies! Ninjas! Zombie Ninjas!
And the song's pretty good, too!
I hope it's better than the last one
BlackOps Escalation Map Pack. I just hope it doesn't suck, since obviously I will have to buy it.
$300 for Dirt 3 special Edition?
In fact, it's surprisingly reasonable, all things considered
Admittedly I am a bit of a sucker for a cool Special Edition Game add in. For proof please see my well decorated gaming area with my Gears of War Lancer, my Call of Duty Night Visions Goggles, my Call of Duty RC-XD and yes, even my bargain Halo 3 Master Chief helmet.
So, quite obviously, I am not against over the top, extravagant game add ins. Obviously.
However, when I heard about GameStop's Dirt 3 bundle for $300 USD I must admit that I was a tad shocked. $300! What the heck did it come with?
It included a remote control car. Cause that hasn't been done. $300 still seemed pretty high though – until more details were were released.
ummm
For some reason I thought of Revek when I watched this.
Also watch other rather funny to watch.
Um ...
Saw this - FrankieD or something like that. Was mildly amused. Apparently it's a big deal on the interwebs, but this was the first time I've seen it.
We don't need no stinkin' hackers!
Just a 75 year old lady with a shovel
A 75-year-old lady cut off three countries from the internet. Yes, she cut internet access from three different countries. With her shovel.
- The elderly woman is now facing a prison sentence in her native Georgia, after she reportedly did with a spade what a legion of hackers could only dream of - took down all access to the internet in neighbouring Armenia for up to 12 hours.

Left 4 Dead 2 – ineffective door
I won't say who suggested we close the door to keep the zombies out but I will say it didn't work.
Okay then
Rumour has it that Swag and Stormblade will be showing up tonight. There is talk of playing Left 4 Dead, however since someone is having trouble getting his game saves and his console together in the same province, it will likely be Black Ops again.
I'll let you decide who the Flash is about this week.
Working long hours? Watch out for your heart
According to an article in today's The Ottawa Citizen:
"Researchers said a long-term study showed that working more than 11 hours a day increased the risk of heart disease by 67 per cent, compared with working a standard 7 to 8 hours a day."
