Has HOC given up on Zombies?
Is the World free of Zombies now. For the last 6 months it has been zombie this and zombie that. Yet I have not seen any mention of the upcoming Zombieland movie. What gives, are you guys getting soft. Oh wait a second, let me rephrase that, are you getting soft on zombies?

The Coxxorz Friday Deal of the Day
Wal-Mart's ongoing (and otherwise boring) Anniversary Sale has turned up an unexpected gem: an Xbox 360 Arcade unit bundled with Kung Fu Panda and Lego Indiana Jones for just $149. Not the greatest games, but it's something. As most of you will be buying this as a backup unit anyway, there's no point trading them in for a used hard drive either (prizes at your next LAN party?).

Graybush wants the Russian version
So those of us awesome enough (i.e. geeky enough) to have pre-ordered the Prestige edition of COD:MW2 know we're getting ultra-cool night vision goggles. But wait! The international versions of the game have cooler stuff! Take a look.
Wall Street Journal – not your best source for video game coverage

- "While we won't be surprised by an offer for THQ, we believe that Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (TTWO) could be a better take-out candidate," said ThinkEquity's Bagga, adding that Take-Two has a number of strong franchises and a number of wholly owned Internet Protocols. Wholly owned IPs not only carry higher profitability, but also are more valuable to media companies because they could be adapted into movies, TV serials and online destinations.
Here is the original story on the WSJ Online. Still uncorrected.
Heroes: Orientation / Jump, Push, Fall
I am back on the saddle, baby! This 2 hour special should have been called "Redemption", as Tim Krigg obviously felt the heat and did some major plot point tweaks for the coming season. Read more
The Coxxorz Late Night Price Error Blog
Today's picks are a little off the beaten path (no $10 Batman or $99 Xbox 360 Elite this time, sorry) but still worth a look:
• Aquarion – The Complete Series (2005) - $0.01
• Abar: Black Superman (Full Screen) (1977) - $0.01
Halo 3 ODST $59.99
In case you were considering picking this up despite the artificially inflated reviews, our good friends at Dell have Halo 3: ODST for the Xbox 360 on sale for a whopping $5 off (take that, WalMart!).
I believe shipping is free, but don't quote me on that.
