I didn't even know (nor did I care) the royal wedding happened until the later on that day because every celebrity obsessed moron was talking about it. Black Ops 'First Strike' DLC sold 1.4M units in first 24 hours

During an investors call today, Activision announced that 1.4 million copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops' "First Strike" map pack were sold "in the first 24 hours" of its February 1 debut on Xbox Live. At $15 a pop, that's $21 million in gross revenue in a single day -- on a single platform!

Early in one of our rounds at Level 4 Graybush, in a completely unexpected move, broke from his prepared position, leaving me to my fate and leapt across a frozen pond toward George Romero.

Just between you and I, we bought the small freezer deal

So I spent the last two days defrosting and cleaning our freezer in preparation for the arrival of our purchase of a freezer deal of meat. Fortunately we bought the smallest package offered.

Not shown, of course, is the additional amount of overflow that had to go into the freezer upstairs.

Barbeque anyone? I still don't have ours setup for this year. Darn rain. Darn laziness.

There's a Zombie Killer in some of us

You can download the Hi-res jpeg direct from the official Call of Duty site. Two caveats: you have to login with your site name and password and you can only download it in a package containing all other Black Ops desktop images as well (50 mb).

Or...you could send me an email request and I will fire off the 3 mb jpeg directly to you. The more the merrier as I love overloading Q-Bert's mail server. In fact, does anyone want me to email them the 50 mb version? You do? On it's way...

It's a Nuke piñata

Call of the Dead was torturing us some more. Nuke power ups are not supposed to appear ten feet off the ground. Worse, they are not supposed to be inaccessible. No matter how often we jumped through it the nuke would not activate.

The Zombies were safe from us.
