K, so most of you are probably being let into BestBuy or Futureshop right now....and I have to wait another 2 hours :( Frankly, these midnight launches need to accept the fact of TIME ZONES and let us have the game at the same time :\

I am about to leave to go to EB games and the dude on the radio says there is already more than 100 people there :o Which means once midnight comes, It'll take me another HOUR to actually get in the store.

Good god I am looking forward to this game. So now, I will be able to use an ipad/Iphone app to do my class customizations...or the Elite website...outside of the game. The next time I play, bingo, all my changes are done. This actually really rocks. There are many times I'm at work or just surfing the web on my ipad and I'll read some MW strategies or just think some sh*t up....and now, I'll be able to sit on the crapper with my ipad and tweek my classes!

Just in time to make me feel better about the gongshow of BF3...

So, as I'm sure many of you are aware by this point, the launch of BF3 is a f*cking gongshow. As I predicted.

Not only are the 360 servers down...so are the PC ones...and...so are their online authentication servers.

Seriously, EA? Seriously?!!

After inputting my code to DL the Online pass...I could not get into any MP games. Coxxorz warned me that the servers for 360 were down...but that was like 4 hours ago. Surely they've got peeps working to fix that, like NOW.

So, since EB Games would NOT cancel my pre-order, I picked it up yesterday at lunchtime.

Ok, I have to confess, I was a little confused about what was going on with the "online pass" bullshit. Now that I got the game, I understand and I HATE it.

So basically, you buy a game that does NOT let you play multiplayer without registering an account online. They give you a passcode to redeem in the box, but once that used, the game no longer has multiplayer; if you were to sell it....or wanted to rent it...you'd only get single player. (unless you paid 800 MS points for a new code) Read more

Right, here is another reason to play MW3 over that buggy and glitchy POS that is BF3.

If you join Elite, they have a mode that's called Compete, where challenges and stats are awarded with medals/badges. I like how Gears3 does this too, where you can display your most "impressive" badge next to your name in multiplayer matches. However, MW3 goes WAY beyond just this.

Anyway, I think coxxorz should change the random deal of the deal since he's the one to point out to me that Best Buy is selling the game online for $39.99!!! So shipped to my door, after taxes and all, I paid $53. Everywhere is still selling it for $59+tax.
